However the only horror genre films that have made it into these top charts is Twilight. Therefore this acts as motivation to create a film that will produce more money than films such as these.

On Box office mojo there is an enormous list of movie genre's and zombie seems to appear right at the bottom, earning only 202.4 million dollars. This is such a shame that this horror genre has been left behind where other horror genres bunch together higher up in the scale. This is now acting as even more motivation to produce a more successful horror zombie film as other zombie horror's have generally been quite comedy oriented.
